    Neuer Computer, j-lawyer neu aufgesetzt
    MS Office als Standardsoftware hinterlegt
    Pfad: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 winword.exe
    Ist auch bei den Standardprogrammen so hinterlegt für docx Datei
    j-lawyer: nur ein Nutzer, Client ist in Laufwerk C:

    Vor update:
    Word Datei wird in der Akte erstellt und im Akten-Ordner in archivefiles abgelegt
    Word Datei kann nicht über Rechts-klick mit MS Office geöffnet werden, sondern nur mit libre office

    Seit update:
    Word Datei wird in der Akte erstellt – aber: sie ist nicht im Akten-Ordner in archivefiles zu finden, sondern nur in C:\Users\…\.j-lawyer-client\tmp-documents
    Weiterhin: Word Datei kann nicht über Rechts-klick MS Office geöffnet werden, sondern nur mit libre office
    Zusätzlich: im Akten-Ordner in archivefiles findet sich eine Datei (Endung unbekannt), aber der Name ist identisch mit dem Ordner-Namen in in C:\Users\…\.j-lawyer-client\tmp-documents für das gerade erstellte Word Dokument

    Zu den Fragen:
    beim Öffnen mit MS Office passiert nichts – aber Dokumentenmonitor zeigt Word Datei als offen
    Fehlermeldung kommt nur dann, wenn ich jetzt versuche mit Libre zu öffnen (Fehler: „bereits geöffnet“)

    Office ist als Standard festgelegt – für winword.exe Ort s. oben

    Ich weiß nicht, wo ich „path“ eingeben soll?

    Hi Jens
    Du hast das Problem richtig verstanden.
    Wie gesagt, j-lawyer auf der alten Festplatte zu starten führt zur Fehlermeldung „Anmeldedaten oder Verbindungsparameter falsch“.
    Ich kann jetzt die Sofortsicherng nicht nachholen.

    Nachtrag, gerade festgestellt
    C:\ Ordner j-lawyer-data
    Ordner archivefiles-preview in gesicherter Anzahl vorhanden
    Ordner archivefiles leer, obwohl 50 dort sein müssten

    Hallo Jens,
    werde PS künftig beachten.
    Danke für die Info.
    Aber ich weiß nicht genau, was ich machen soll.
    Ich weiß nicht was der Trenner ist und was diese Listen sind.
    Soll ich den hinterlegten Ordner irgendwo heraiusnehmen?

    noch eines:
    zuerst war der scan ordner nur in Einstellungen/Dokumente/Scannerintegration eingestellt
    Dateien erschienen nicht in der Scan Maske, aber der Dateiname wurde nicht überschrieben/verändert.

    Guten Morgen Zusammen

    (kleines) Problem mit der Scan Maske nach dem v1.13 update
    Betriebssystem Windows 10, 64bit

    Ordner mit eingescannten Daten wurde hinterlegt in:
    – Einstellungen/Dokumente/Scannerintegration
    – Scan Maske/Einstellungs-Button rechts oben

    Nach der Anmeldung wird Anzahl der Dateien im Scan Ordner richtig angegeben, mit rotem Hintergrund
    Scan Maske wird angeklickt und der rote Hintergrund wird blau

    aber: keine der Dateien wird für die Aktenzuordnung angezeigt
    kurios: im Windows Ordner wird der Dateiname verändert und mehrfach „(2)“ dem Dateinamen vorangestellt

    Hat noch Jemand dieses Problem? was kann ich tun?

    Vielen Dank für die Hilfe, habe java.exe gefunden
    Update server hat geklappt
    bei der ersten Anmeldung einen schrecken bekommen, weil Fehlermeldung wg. Verbindungsdaten kam
    Anmeldung einfach nochmals probiert – und seither funktioniert alles wunderbar
    Ich suche schon die Änderungen….

    Danke für die Antwort. Ich müsste aber um metwas Hilfe bitten:
    Task Mangaer/Diente: j-lawyer server, Status: wird beendet
    In der Dienste Liste gibt es keine java.exe und auch nicht in Prozesse
    wo kann ich noch suchen?

    Danke für die Hilfe.
    j-lawyer läuft. Er hat jetzt die Version 1.12.0.9, was mich selbst wundert, weil die deinstallierte Version 1.12.0.10 war.
    Ich werde das dann demnächst aktuallisieren.

    ich hoffe, ich verstehe Dich richtig. Ich öffne j-lawyer über die app Leiste.
    Das Anmeldefenster öffnet sich leer. Ich gebe admin und a ein, längeres warten und dann erscheint Fenster mit „Anmeldedaten oder Verbindungsparameter falsch“.
    Meinst Du das??

    Hallo Jens
    auch ich habe das „Anmeldedaten oder Verbindungsparameter falsch“ Problem.
    j-lawyer lief eigentich, aber die Anbindung an Word lief nicht richtig und ich habe deswegen die alte Version deinstalliert und die neue aufgespielt. Nach mehreren Versuchenbleibt das Problem, obwohl ich mysql immer händisch gelöscht habe.

    System Windows 10 Home, Version 2004

    Server log unter wildfly/standalone/log ist leer
    Client log ist nach der Unterschrift.
