Aktualisiert werden m\u00fcssen sowohl die j-lawyer.org Serverinstallation als auch die Installationen aller Arbeitspl\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n<p>Ben\u00f6tigt werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>das MySQL root-Passwort<\/li>\n<li>unter Windows: der Pfad zur &#8222;mysql.exe&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>unter Windows: der Pfad zur &#8222;soffice.exe&#8220; (LibreOffice-Installationspfad, Unterverzeichnis &#8222;program&#8220;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Client-Update:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fchren Sie \u00fcber den j-lawyer.org Client eine ad-hoc Datensicherung durch und schlie\u00dfen Sie anschlie\u00dfend den Client.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Start des Updates w\u00e4hlen Sie die Option eine bestehende Installation zu aktualisieren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1896 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"499\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update.png 499w, https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update-300x252.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 499px) 100vw, 499px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Akzeptieren der Lizenz w\u00e4hlen Sie in einem Folgeschritt die Option &#8222;bereits vorhandenes LibreOffice nutzen&#8220;. \u00dcber die Verzeichnisauswahl w\u00e4hlen Sie das Verzeichnis in welchem sich die Datei &#8222;soffice.exe&#8220; befindet, in der Regel ist dies auf Windowssystemen der Ordner &#8222;C:\\Program Files (x86)\\LibreOffice 5\\program&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1897 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"595\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update2.png 595w, https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update2-300x211.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alle weiteren Einstellungen k\u00f6nnen Sie unver\u00e4ndert lassen und den Updateprozess abschliessen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Server-Update:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beenden Sie den laufenden j-lawyer.org Serverdienst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows: &#8222;Dienste&#8220; \u00fcber Systemsteuerung \/ Startmen\u00fc \u00f6ffnen und den Dienst &#8222;j-lawyer.org Server&#8220; beenden<\/li>\n<li>Ubuntu: \u00fcber ein Terminal &#8211; &#8222;sudo service j-lawyer-server stop&#8220; (ohne Anf\u00fchrungszeichen)<\/li>\n<li>Mac: &#8222;sudo launchctl unload \/Library\/LaunchDaemons\/j-lawyer-server.plist&#8220; (ohne Anf\u00fchrungszeichen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nach dem Start des Installers w\u00e4hlen Sie die Option eine bestehende Installation zu aktualisieren. Nach dem Akzeptieren der Lizenz lassen Sie in einem Folgeschritt den Ziel-Ordner unver\u00e4ndert. Bei der Auswahl der zu installierenden Komponenten ist es ratsam, das Vorlagenpaket mit installieren zu lassen. Im Schritt &#8222;Installation von MySQL&#8220; aktivieren Sie die Option &#8222;bereits vorhandenes MySQL nutzen&#8220; und w\u00e4hlen Sie das Verzeichnis zur &#8222;mysql.exe&#8220; &#8211; auf Windowssystem ist dies in der Regel der Ordner &#8222;C:\\MySQL\\MySQLServer-5.7\\bin&#8220;:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1898 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3.png 500w, https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3-300x251.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nach der Eingabe des MySQL root-Passwortes l\u00e4uft der Rest des Updates automatisch.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Mac-System wird ein Neustart des Systems ben\u00f6tigt.<br \/>\n<a name=\"#option2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Variante 2: &#8222;grosses&#8220; Upgrade von 1.7.1 auf 1.8.1<\/h2>\n<p>Mit Version 1.8 wurden tiefgreifende \u00c4nderungen am j-lawyer.org-&#8222;Unterbau&#8220; vorgenommen. Ein Update von 1.7.1 auf 1.8 wurde aufgrund des Aufwandes verschoben &#8211; bis jetzt. Anwender die derzeit Version 1.7.1. einsetzen, k\u00f6nnen nun direkt auf 1.8.1 upgraden &#8211; die 1.8 wird also \u00fcbersprungen.<\/p>\n<p>Anbei nun die Instruktionen zum <strong>Upgrade von 1.7.1 auf 1.8.1<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Vorab-Checks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ben\u00f6tigt werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>das MySQL root-Passwort<\/li>\n<li>der Pfad zur &#8222;mysql.exe&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>der Pfad zur &#8222;soffice.exe&#8220; (LibreOffice-Installationspfad, Unterverzeichnis &#8222;program&#8220;)<\/li>\n<li>Java 1.8 (nur f\u00fcr Linux &#8211; in einem Terminal pr\u00fcfen via<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pre>java -version<\/pre>\n<ul>\n<li>es muss mindestens Version 1.8.0 installiert sein)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Datensicherung durchf\u00fchren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fchren Sie \u00fcber den j-lawyer.org Client eine ad-hoc Datensicherung durch und schlie\u00dfen Sie anschlie\u00dfend den Client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Laufenden j-lawyer.org Server stoppen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stoppen Sie den j-lawyer.org Server. Eine Installation als Dienst war in Version 1.7.1 optional m\u00f6glich &#8211; beenden Sie daher entweder einen eventuell vorhandenen Dienst, oder stoppen Sie den anderweitig gestarteten Prozess des j-lawyer.org Servers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Laufenden j-lawyer.org Server-Dienst deaktivieren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sollte der Server als Dienst installiert sein, so stellen Sie ihn auf &#8222;Manuell&#8220; oder &#8222;Deaktiviert&#8220;. Eine Deinstallation kann zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt nach erfolgreichem Update erfolgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Client installieren<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Installation der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze entspricht einer Neuinstallation &#8211; daf\u00fcr bitte die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/?page_id=88\" target=\"_blank\">Installationsanleitung<\/a> befolgen.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>Achtung<\/b><\/i><i><b>: <\/b><\/i><i><b>i<\/b><\/i><i><b>m<\/b><\/i><i><b> <\/b><\/i><i><b>Tab<\/b><\/i><i><b> \u201c<\/b><\/i><i><b>Verbindung<\/b><\/i><i><b>\u201d <\/b><\/i><i><b>des<\/b><\/i><i><b> \u201cj-lawyer.org Login\u201d-<\/b><\/i><i><b>Dialogs sind ab Version 1.8 beide Ports auf den Wert 8080 zu setzen<\/b><\/i><i><b>!<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Server Migrationsinstallation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Installation des Servers entspricht einer Neuinstallation mit anschlie\u00dfender Daten\u00fcbernahme aus der alten Version 1.7.1 &#8211; daf\u00fcr bitte die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/?page_id=88\" target=\"_blank\">Installationsanleitung<\/a> befolgen und folgende Abweichungen vornehmen:<\/p>\n<p>Im Schritt &#8222;Installation von MySQL&#8220; aktivieren Sie die Option &#8222;bereits vorhandenes MySQL nutzen&#8220; und w\u00e4hlen Sie das Verzeichnis zur &#8222;mysql.exe&#8220; &#8211; nutzen Sie im Zweifelsfall die Dateisuche Ihres Systems. Sollte der Installer einen Fehler ausgeben, mit der Option zu &#8222;Ignorieren&#8220;, so w\u00e4hlen Sie bitte diese Option &#8211; dies sind in der Regel \u00dcbernahme von Einstellungen, die zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt gemacht werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1898 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3.png 500w, https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update3-300x251.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In einem Folgeschritt w\u00e4hlen Sie nun das Installationsverzeichnis ihrer <strong>alten j-lawyer.org Version 1.7.1<\/strong> aus:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1899 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"483\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update4.png 483w, https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/j-lawyer-update4-300x260.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 483px) 100vw, 483px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Abh\u00e4ngig von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe Ihres Datenbestandes kann dieser Dialog nun mehrere Minuten im Hintergrund arbeiten, um die Daten in die neue Installation zu \u00fcbernehmen &#8211; bitte also ggf. etwas Geduld aufbringen. Dabei wird das Datenverzeichnis vollst\u00e4ndig kopiert.<\/p>\n<p>Der Rest des Upgrades l\u00e4uft automatisch ab &#8211; Ihre Datenbank wird auf die neue Version aktualisiert, der neue j-lawyer.org Server als Dienst installiert u.v.m.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Mac-System wird nach Beenden ein Neustart des Systems ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte nach dem Update die Verbindung eines Clients mit dem Server fehlschlagen, so muss ggf. die IP des j-lawyer.org Servers in eine Konfiguration eingetragen werden.
