Das Update installiert sich nach Best\u00e4tigung in der Management Console vollautomatisch.<\/p>\n<p>Das Update stellt eine neue Synchronisationsfunktionalit\u00e4t zur Verf\u00fcgung: Mit wenigen Angaben l\u00e4sst sich ein vollautomatischer Abgleich zwischen zwei j-lawyer.BOXen konfigurieren. Alle \u00c4nderungen, d.h. alle Akten, Adressen, Dokumente, Einstellungen etc. werden von der &#8222;Quelle&#8220; zum &#8222;Ziel&#8220; synchronisiert. Dabei werden ausschlie\u00dflich \u00c4nderungen \u00fcbertragen, somit ist ein solcher Abgleich auch \u00fcber schmalbandige Verbindungen m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>In der aktuellen Umsetzung handelt es sich um eine Synchronisation in eine Richtung, d.h. sie ist geeignet f\u00fcr Anwendungsf\u00e4lle wie<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installation einer &#8222;Notfallbox&#8220; &#8211; im Falle eines Hardwaredefektes der prim\u00e4ren Box kann nahtlos auf der zweiten Box weitergearbeitet werden. Das Einspielen von Datensicherungen entf\u00e4llt.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e4umlich verteilte Datensicherung: besteht bspw. eine VPN-Verbindung zwischen B\u00fcror\u00e4umlichkeiten und einem zweiten Standort, so kann der gesamte Datenbestand vollautomatisch transferiert werden.
