Vorteile gegen\u00fcber einer eigenen Installation sind u.a. eine Verwaltungsoberfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr den Browser, \u00fcber welche Updates der Kanzleisoftware mit einem Klick installiert werden k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem ist die j-lawyer.BOX so konfiguriert, dass Sie in Kanzleinetzwerken mit Windows-, macOS- und Linuxger\u00e4ten ohne weitere Konfiguration als zentraler Dateispeicher genutzt werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wer die Vorteile einer j-lawyer.BOX nutzen, die Software aber auf eigener Hardware betreiben m\u00f6chte, kann eine virtualisierte Variante nutzen: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.j-lawyer.org\/?page_id=2333\">j-lawyer.BOX als Virtualbox-VM<\/a>. Die VM kann man bspw. auch auf einem NAS betreiben und so bspw. von automatischer Datenspiegelung profitieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welches NAS ist empfehlenswert?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich wird f\u00fcr Virtualisierung mehr Leistung als f\u00fcr das reine Abspeichern von Daten ben\u00f6tigt. Als Anhaltspunkt kann man folgende Anforderungen nutzen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>min. 4, besser 6 GB RAM<\/li><li>64Bit Quadcore-CPU<\/li><li>min. 512GB nutzbare Festplattenkapazit\u00e4t<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt mehrere Hersteller, die NAS-Systeme mit vergleichbaren Spezifikationen anbieten. Als konkrete Modelle seien hier die Synology <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"DS718+ (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.synology.com\/de-de\/products\/DS718+\" target=\"_blank\">DS718+<\/a> und die <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"DS918+ (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.synology.com\/de-de\/products\/DS918+\" target=\"_blank\">DS918+<\/a> genannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Herunterladen der VM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die virtuelle Maschine wird als .ova &#8211; Datei zum Download zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Dabei sind verschiedene Konfigurationen bzgl. der Kapazit\u00e4t der virtuellen Festplatte m\u00f6glich. Der Download selbst ist davon nicht betroffen, bspw. hat eine mit 256GB Kapazit\u00e4t konfigurierte VM eine Rohgr\u00f6\u00dfe von ca. 6GB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erstellen der VM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst wird in der Oberfl\u00e4che des NAS-Systems der &#8222;Virtual Machine Manager gestartet&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure 907px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00f6gliche Fallstricke<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Netzwerk nicht verf\u00fcgbar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es kann vorkommen dass durch den Import der VM die Netzwerkeinstellungen verloren gehen. Tritt dieses Problem auf, kann man sich nicht von &#8222;au\u00dfen&#8220; zu der VM verbinden, bspw. liefert der Aufruf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/j-lawyer-box:8080\/j-lawyer.box\/index.xhtml\">http:\/\/j-lawyer-box:8080\/j-lawyer.box\/index.xhtml<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>keine Seite aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Fall sollte zuerst die Konsole der VM (\u00fcber die Oberfl\u00e4che des NAS) ge\u00f6ffnet werden. Mit &#8222;ip addr&#8220; bekommt man alle IP-Adresse der VM angezeigt. Wird hier keine IP aus dem Bereich des lokalen Netzwerkes angezeigt, so pr\u00fcft man ob \u00fcberhaupt Netzwerkger\u00e4te verf\u00fcgbar sind, mit &#8222;ip link show&#8220;. Eine Ausgabe k\u00f6nnte wie folgt aussehen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">1: lo:  mtu 65536 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1\n\n    link\/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00\n\n2: enp3s0f1:  mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast state DOWN mode DEFAULT group default qlen 1000\n\n    link\/ether 80:fa:5b:17:c5:a7 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p> &#8222;lo&#8220; und &#8222;enp3s0f1&#8220; sind die Namen der Netzwerkger\u00e4te. &#8222;lo&#8220; ist hier nicht relevant (das sogenannte Loopback-Device), d.h. das verf\u00fcgbare Netzwerkger\u00e4t heisst &#8222;enp3s0f1&#8220;. Nun pr\u00fcft man, ob dieses konfiguriert ist, via &#8222;cat \/etc\/network\/interfaces&#8220;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">auto eth0\niface eth0 inet dhcp<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Fall ist ein Netzwerkger\u00e4t konfiguriert, allerdings mit dem Namen &#8222;eth0&#8220;. Wir \u00e4ndern die Datei also wie folgt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">auto enp3s0f1\niface enp3s0f1 inet dhcp<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Namen der Netzwerkschnittstellen m\u00fcssen ebenfalls in der Datei \/etc\/netplan\/config.yaml ersetzt werden. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die \u00c4nderungen per<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">sudo netplan apply<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>aktiviert.
